Greenlots @ The G1 Race
Last week, we partnered Greenlots Points to Toyota Tsusho at the G1 race in Singapore. The race, organised by the Singapore Environment Council (SEC), aims to encourage the development and use of green technologies in transportation to an effort to reduce carbon emissions.
Promoted as a greener, and more eco version of the popular F1, the Singapore G1 ‘Green Grand Prix’, will feature a series of carbon-neutral eco-car races to raise awareness on the environmental impact of urban transportation in relation to climate change. Races include the Soap Box Derby, Buggy Race, Eco-car Race and Trishaw Race. visit www.singaporeg1.sg to see what fun you’ve missed out.
Overall, the event was fantastic for Greenlots. We had fun, cheered with the participants and introduced the Greenlots Point to the public, showing how easy it is to use. Similarly, Toyota Tsusho displayed their electric vehicle “COMS”, which is a nifty single-seater all electric light vehicle.
Finally, thanks to those who came by the booth to say hello!
